The delegation of Turkmenistan took an active part in the Sustainable Energy Week organized by the United Nations Economic Commission for Europe (UNECE) on September 18-19, 2024 in Geneva, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan reports. On 18 September, Deputy Minister of Energy of Turkmenistan Serdar Saparov spoke at a session on a just transition to clean energy sources in the UNECE region. Participants discussed best practices and current challenges in this area.
