How do I register for CIET 2025?

    To register for the CIET 2025 Conference, please complete the registration process via our official website: www.ciet-turkmenistan.com. Once your application has been received, a delegate agreement will be sent to you.

Is it possible to register on the day of the conference at the venue?

    On-site registration is not available. Registration for in-person participation is open until 20 October 2025, and registration for online participation is open until 25 October 2025. We kindly ask you to complete your registration before the respective deadline.

What should I do if I am unable to attend after completing my registration?

    If you cannot attend, you may nominate an alternative delegate in your place. Please inform the organizers at least 15 working days before the event. This is especially important for international delegates who may require visa assistance.

What is included in the delegate package?

    1. Visa support (7 days single entry)
    2. Full access to all plenary and thematic sessions
    3. All airport fees (visa fee, tests, green customs channel/speedy passage etc.)
    4. Participation in high-level B2B and B2G meetings
    5. Company Information in the CIET 2025 Catalogue
    6. Access to presentations after the Conference in the presentation portal
    7. Coffee breaks, lunches, gala dinner and refreshments throughout the conference
    8. Delegate bag (badge, notebook, pen, flash drive, power bank, wireless computer mouse, insulated travel mug, hoodie, calendar, sticky notes, Turkmen candies)
    9. Complimentary airport and hotel transfers
    10. Guided sightseeing tours in Ashgabat on 2 November
    11. Complimentary prepaid SIM card with unlimited internet access and domestic calls
    12. Daily shuttle bus service between official hotels and the venue

Can multiple delegates from the same organization or company register for the conference?

    There is no restriction on the number of delegates from a single company or organization. All interested participants are welcome to register.

What is the final date for submitting applications?

    As registration closes on 20 October 2025, the final date to submit visa applications is also 20 October 2025. We kindly ask all participants requiring a visa to submit their applications by this deadline.

Which payment methods are available for participation?

    Participants may pay the registration fee using one of the following methods:

    • Bank transfer in advance, or
    • Credit card upon arrival in Ashgabat.

Will organizers assist with visas?

    Yes, we provide full visa support. Once your registration for the conference is completed, we will issue an official invitation letter that you can use to obtain your entry visa.

Which documents are required?

    1. Completed visa support form
    2. Copy of passport (valid for at least 6 months, with 2 blank pages)
    3. Recent 3x4 cm color photo
    4. Hotel booking confirmation (arranged by organizers)

What is the expected visa processing time?

    The Letter of Invitation (LOI) is issued by the State Migration Service within 10–14 working days.

Is it possible to obtain a visa upon arrival?

    Yes, to obtain a visa upon arrival, you will need to present the copy Letter of Invitation (LOI) along with your passport to the migration officer, who will then stamp the visa in your passport.

In case my visa is not approved, what are the next steps?

    In the event that your visa application is denied, we will refund your delegate fee after deducting 10% tax from the total amount.

How long is the visa valid?

    The visa is issued for 7 days. Delegates may enter the country starting two days before the event and leave up to two days after it ends. In practice, this means you will be able to stay approximately from November 1 to November 7.

Which hotels are available for accommodation during the event?

Do you provide free airport-to-hotel transfers?

    Complimentary transportation will be provided for delegates between the airport, hotels, and the venue.

Does the registration fee include accommodation?

    Accommodation is not part of the registration fee. The organizing team can help you make bookings at the hotels.

Is there shuttle service between the hotels and the venue?

    A shuttle bus will be arranged by the organizers to transport delegates between the hotels and the venue.

Is it possible to request early check-in or late check-out?

    Early check-in and late check-out are available upon request, with additional charges.

When is the event?

Which languages will be used?

    Sessions will be in Turkmen, Russian, and English, with simultaneous interpretation provided.

Where do I collect my badge and delegate bag?

    You can collect your badge and delegate bag on November 2 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Olimpia Hotel. If you arrive on November 3, registration will take place at the conference venue.

Is internet access available at the venue?

    Yes, free Wi-Fi is provided at the venue, and delegates will also be given SIM cards that include an internet package.

Will food and beverages be provided during the event?

    Yes. The delegate package includes coffee breaks, business lunches, receptions, and the gala dinner.

Does the delegate package include access to scheduled meetings?

    Yes, participation in CIET 2025 provides access to a dedicated B2B and B2G matchmaking program, facilitating connections between delegates, leading energy companies, innovative technology providers, and key government representatives. What is the procedure for requesting meetings?

    During registration, you can indicate your preferred companies or officials and submit meeting requests to the organizers. Based on this information, the organizers will arrange tailored B2B and B2G meetings that align with your interests throughout the event.


Is interpretation service provided?

    Yes, consecutive interpretation will be offered during meetings (English ⇄ Russian ⇄ Turkmen). Kindly inform the organizers ahead of time if you have any specific language requirements.

Is entry via land borders allowed?

    Delegates can enter Turkmenistan via official land borders, provided they present a valid LOI (e.g., Farap/Shavat crossing from Uzbekistan).

Does the conference fee include internal flights or taxis?

    No, domestic travel expenses are not included. Flights or taxi services within the country are not covered, but can be arranged at official rates upon request.
