The Turkmen city of Arkadag received three awards at the International Smart Cities Exhibition World Smart City Expo in Goyang, Republic of Korea.According to the Embassy of Turkmenistan in Korea, Arkadag received the following awards:Excellence Award - an award for outstanding achievements (the Turkmen city was the only winner of this award).Foreign City Award – “Foreign City” award. The Turkmen city also received the WSCE 2024 Contribution Award for its contribution to the development of the International Smart Cities Exhibition WSCE 2024. Speaking at the ceremony, the head of the Turkmen delegation, Chairman of the State Committee for the Construction of the City of Arkadag under the President of Turkmenistan D.Orazov expressed gratitude for the high appreciation of the efforts of Turkmenistan in the field of urban planning.
