A total of 19 transactions were registered at the State Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange of Turkmenistan during the past week. Representatives of business circles from the United Arab Emirates, Türkiye and Afghanistan purchased carbamide (urea) and desulfurized diesel fraction produced at an enterprise of the State Concern “Türkmenhimiýa” in foreign currency.
In addition, sets of bed linen, cotton yarn and flannel fabric were sold to entrepreneurs from Türkiye and Azerbaijan. The total value of transactions concluded in foreign currency exceeded $46.412 million.
Domestic entrepreneurs purchased polypropylene produced by the State Concern “Türkmennebit”, as well as wheat flour and cotton yarn, for the domestic market. The total value of these transactions exceeded 80.634 million manats.
