    27 Jun 26

A new production facility is to be established at the Turkmenbashi Complex of Oil Refineries of a State concern «Türkmennebit». The corresponding proposal was submitted by a Deputy Prime Minister Guvanch Agajanov at a regular Cabinet of Ministers meeting held via digital system on June 26 and was approved by a President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov. As reported in the Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers' address on the activities of the State concern «Türkmennebit», the measures being taken to establish new production facilities at the Turkmenbashi Complex of Oil Refineries through the introduction of modern technologies are intended to facilitate the launch of import-substituting, competitive petrochemical products. Noting the importance of targeted work on the consistent modernization of the oil refining industry and the production of petrochemical products, the President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov issued a number of specific instructions to the Deputy Prime Minister.
