Hazarly-2 Well Delivers Commercial Natural Gas Flow

    17 Feb 26

Gas workers from the Marynebitgazgözleg expedition have secured a commercial flow of natural gas from the Hazarly-2 well at the Hazarly field, located in the western part of the Bowrideshik structure in the Gorogly district of Dashoguz province, the Nebit-Gaz newspaper reported Tuesday.

Drilling operations were completed at a depth of 3,000 meters. The gas flow was obtained from a productive layer at depths of 2,739 to 2,755 meters.

Specialists estimate the well’s daily output at 163,400 cubic meters of natural gas. The report said the use of domestically produced, high-quality materials and modern equipment enabled drilling crews to complete the work in line with established standards.

Drillers are continuing work at the Hazarly-3 well at the same field, the report said.

Marynebitgazgözleg crews conducting exploration drilling nationwide are also continuing operations at the Uzynada and Barsagelmez areas in Balkan province, as well as at the Minara field in the Murgab district of Mary province.
