The Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) continues to actively support Turkmenistan's development through a number of initiatives and programmes aimed at strengthening infrastructure, improving statistical methods, exploring transport potential and improving seismic safety. During the first half of 2024, several key activities have taken place that demonstrate the growing co-operation between Japan and Turkmenistan.
