Natural gas production in Turkmenistan in 2024 amounted to more than 77.6 billion cubic meters, oil production - over 8,3 million tons, the State News Agency of Turkmenistan reports.

The corresponding data were presented at an extended government meeting on the results of 2024 by the Chairman of the State Statistics Committee Dovletgeldi Amanmuhammedov.

"Based on the results of 2024, steady growth was noted in the industrial sector. Thus, natural gas production amounted to 77 billion 623,1 million cubic meters, oil - 8 million 279,7 thousand tons," the report says.
