    President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov held a working meeting with Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers T. Atahalliyev and velayat governors on issues of agricultural development and implementation of the National Rural Program, TDH reports. During the meeting, the Deputy Prime Minister reported on the current state of agricultural work in the country. Scheduled maintenance and application of mineral fertilizers in compliance with agricultural standards are being carried out in wheat fields. Active preparations are underway for the upcoming cotton sowing: plowing, leveling and fertilizing the land are underway. Particular attention is paid to providing cotton growers with high-quality seeds and preparing agricultural machinery for the sowing season.
