Dragon Oil in Turkmenistan introduces AI in geological exploration

Dragon Oil, a partner of the state concern “Turkmennebit”, has begun implementing artificial intelligence at oil fields during exploration, data processing and analysis of reservoir properties. This was reported by SNG.Today with reference to an interview with the company's CEO Ali Rashid Al Jarwan on the sidelines of the OGT-2024 international forum in Ashgabat. The company is very interested in further deepening the cooperation, Al Jarwan said. Regarding innovative technologies, there is a clear focus on the widespread implementation of artificial intelligence in geological exploration, interpretation of its data and assessment of reservoir properties.
