The government of Turkmenistan is actively working to create a favorable investment climate and legal framework, fostering the development of new projects in renewable energy and carbon neutrality, noted Deputy Minister of Finance and Economy of Turkmenistan Mammetguly Astanagulov during his speech at the Oil and Gas of Turkmenistan (OGT-2024) conference on Wednesday in Ashgabat. The Deputy Minister emphasized that Turkmenistan, with its vast hydrocarbon reserves, offers unique opportunities for investors interested in energy projects, according to official Turkmen media reports.
