Maksim Shtirbu

In 2024, he graduated with a degree in Industrial and Civil Engineering from the Faculty of Construction. He began his professional career in 2022 as an engineer at one of Romania’s largest foreign-invested construction companies, which was involved in major development projects in Chișinău, including the construction of three Kaufland shopping centres with a combined value of approximately €36.5 million. Following the completion of these projects, he joined the HORUS Group, where he served as a Project Manager in the construction and energy sectors. His responsibilities included participating in projects involving the modernisation of 110 kV and 330 kV distribution equipment, battery systems for power units, the modernisation of heating networks, and the construction of the Horus City residential complex. He subsequently advanced to the position of Development Director. In his current role, he focuses on developing strategic projects in the construction and energy sectors in Moldova and Kazakhstan, as well as expanding the import and trading of metal products in the Moldovan market.
