Alexey Reshov

Alexey Rechov started with Bouygues 32 years ago. As from 2012 he manages one of the biggest business units of Bouygues Bâtiment International, member of Bouygues Construction Group, in the world - Bouygues Turkmen. He is in charge of business development in Central Asia. Alexis is member of the board of Bouygues Bâtiment International, member of the management committee of Bouygues Construction group and reports directly to the CEO. Today Bouygues Turkmen is a company operating with the highest health & safety standards, fully digitalized (100% REVIT since 2017), with a particular expertise in complicated high-end turn-key projects, under severe seismic risks. Bouygues Turkmen has trained very capable Turkmen engineers, that are now not only contributing to the company’s activity in Turkmenistan, but also successfully work in subsidiaries of the Bouygues Construction Group in UK, France and Saudi Arabia on nuclear plants, data centers, infrastructure mega-projects. Due to the specifics of operations in Turkmenistan, Bouygues Turkmen has developed a full mastery of the procurement in Central Asia, with complete handling of multi-countries and multi-modal logistic and supply chains. Bouygues Turkmen started very early to work on the decarbonization of its activity and is now pursuing an ambitious plan to decrease its Carbon emission by 30% by 2030. Bouygues Turkmen is capable to design and competitively build all kinds of technically complicated, high value projects for clients caring for the highest health & safety record, top notch quality, interested in low carbon options. Latest developments include extensive use of AI in ensuring quality and maintaining work programs. Next step will be robotics on site.
