Yang Qiang

Yang Qiang is Head of the Integrated Solutions Department at Inspur Communication Information Systems Co., Ltd., where he has worked since 2019. He specialises in the development of integrated technology solutions and the preparation of technical and commercial proposals for complex digital transformation projects across multiple sectors. Holding a master’s degree from Northeastern University in China, Yang has contributed to projects spanning smart cities, digital government, intelligent healthcare, smart education, telecommunications and water resource management. His expertise includes solution design, tender strategy, technical presentations and client engagement, supporting the development and implementation of technology-driven systems tailored to organisational needs. His project experience includes a national Education Management Information System (EMIS) for Ethiopia’s Ministry of Education, a knowledge management platform for Commercial Bank of Ethiopia, the digitalisation of a hospital in Ethiopia, an intelligent water management project in Malaysia, a cloud-based management platform in Egypt, and a customer value management system for Lebara in Saudi Arabia. Through his work on international projects, Yang brings experience in translating complex technical requirements into integrated digital solutions designed to improve operational efficiency, data management, service delivery and decision-making.
