Dovran Atayev
Deputy chairman of the State Agency for Management of Highway Construction
Döwran Ataýew studied at the Turkmen State Institute of Transport and Communications from 2007 to 2012, earning a degree in civil engineering. From 2012 to 2014, he worked as a road foreman in the 1st Road Department of Ruhabat District under the Ahal Regional Road Operation Directorate of the State Concern “Türkmenawtoýollary.” In 2014–2015, he served as a leading specialist in the production and technical department of the same directorate. From 2015 to 2018, he held the position of Deputy Head of the Department for Production Development and Technical Policy at “Türkmenawtoýollary.” From 2018 until February 23, 2024, he worked in the Department of Road Construction and Maintenance under the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan. He is currently serving as the Deputy Head of the State Agency for Road Construction Management.
