Berdi Halykov
Deputy minister of Construction and Architecture of Turkmenistan
In 2017, Berdi Khalykov graduated from the Turkmen State Institute of Architecture and Construction with a degree in architecture. After graduating, from 2017 to 2021 he worked as an architect at the Main State Design Association “Turkmendovlettaslama” under the Ministry of Construction and Architecture of Turkmenistan. From 2021 to 2023, he held various positions within the structure of the Ministry of Industry and Construction Production of Turkmenistan. Since April 20, 2023, he has served as the Deputy Minister of Construction and Architecture of Turkmenistan.
