Stephan Meindl

Stephan Meindl is an accomplished executive with extensive leadership experience in the industrial and engineering sectors. Since 2014, he has served as CEO and President, driving strategic growth, operational excellence, and long-term organizational development. Stephan began his career in 1994 as a Dipl.-Ing. Electrical Engineer, specializing in control and process technology. He advanced quickly into management, serving as Project Manager from 1995 to 1999 before taking on broader responsibilities as Business Unit Director from 1999 to 2003. His progression continued with roles as Executive Director (2003–2006) and Managing Director (2006–2014), where he successfully guided business operations and contributed to market expansion. He holds an engineering degree (Dipl.-Ing.) in Electrical Engineering with a focus on control and process technology. His earlier academic path also includes studies in forestry, following his military service completed in 1988. Stephan is currently based in Tirschenreuth, Germany, and brings more than two decades of executive experience, combining technical expertise with strong strategic and commercial capabilities.
