Deputy Chairman of the Board of the Central Bank of Turkmenistan; Deputy Governor of Turkmenistan for the World Bank and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development. He graduated from the Specialized Banking School named after Hero of Turkmenistan A. Niyazov in 2004 and from Magtymguly Turkmen State University in 2009, earning degrees in World Economy (Economist) and Geography (Teacher). In 2014, he completed a professional development program for civil servants at the Academy of Public Administration under the President of Turkmenistan. He began his career in 2004 at the State Bank for Foreign Economic Affairs of Turkmenistan as a Leading Specialist in the Personnel and Office Management Department. Between 2009 and 2015, he held various professional and managerial positions in the areas of settlement operations, information technology, and bank card services. In 2016, he was appointed Head of the Settlement Operations Department at the Ashgabat Branch of the State Bank for Foreign Economic Affairs of Turkmenistan. Since March 2017, he has been serving as the Deputy Chairman of the Board of the Central Bank of Turkmenistan and concurrently as Deputy Governor of Turkmenistan for the World Bank and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development.
