Rector of the Turkmen State Institute of Telecommunications and Informatics

In 1983, he graduated with honors from the Turkmen Agricultural University named after S.A. Niyazov in the specialty "Hydromelioration". In 2013, he received a candidate of technical sciences degree. From 1983 to 1984, he worked as a foreman in the construction and installation department "Ashgabathydrogurlushyk". From 1985 to 1989 - postgraduate student, junior researcher at the Research Institute of Hydraulic Engineering and Land Reclamation of Turkmenistan. From 1989 to 1990, he worked as an engineer for water supply and sanitation at the Ashgabat poultry farm. From 1990 to 1992, he worked as a teacher of special disciplines at the 63rd Vocational and Technical School of the Bezmein etrap of Ashgabat. From 1992 to 1994, he worked as a teacher, head of practice, deputy director for educational work at the Ashgabat Hydromelioration Technical School. In 1994, he worked as an assistant to the Chairman of the Turkmenawtoulaglary Agency of the Transport and Communications Agency under the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan. In 1994-1995, he worked as an engineer at the Computing Center, a teacher at the Department of Computer Science and Systems at the Turkmen State Institute of Architecture and Civil Engineering. From 1995 to 1998, he worked as a consultant in the Science and Education Department of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan. From 1998 to 2005, he worked as the head of the academic department of the Institute of Telecommunications and Informatics of Turkmenistan, from 2005 to 2006, he worked as the director of the 8th professional school in Ashgabat. From 2006 to 2011 - senior lecturer, dean, head of department of the Institute of Telecommunications and Informatics of Turkmenistan. In February 2011, he was appointed vice-rector for academic affairs, and in 2012, rector of the Institute of Telecommunications and Informatics of Turkmenistan. In 2002, he was awarded the honorary title "Ussat mugallym" for his services in teaching and education.
