Toyguly Nurov

Minister of Industry and Construction Manufacturing of Turkmenistan

In 2001, he graduated from the Turkmen Agricultural University named after S.A. Nyýazow. From 2002 to 2010, he worked in the law enforcement agencies of Turkmenistan. From 2010 to 2020, he held various positions at the state enterprise “Turkmensement” of the “Turkmensenagat” Agency under the Ministry of Industry and Communications, up to the position of Director of the “Kelete” Cement Plant. From May 2020 to October 2021, he served as Acting Director of the “Bäherden” Cement Plant under the Ministry of Industry and Construction Manufacturing. From October 2021 to February 2023, he served as Deputy Head of the Construction Manufacturing Department of the Ministry of Industry and Construction Manufacturing, while also heading the Construction Materials Division. Since February 16, 2023, he has been serving as the Minister of Industry and Construction Manufacturing of Turkmenistan.
