In 2005, he graduated from Turkmen Polytechnic Institute, majoring in mechanical engineering. Between 2019 and 2020, he worked as the Deputy Minister of Industry and Communications of Turkmenistan. Between 2020 and 2021, he worked as the Deputy Minister of Industry and Construction Production of Turkmenistan. Between 2021 and 2022, he worked as the Minister of Industry and Construction Production of Turkmenistan. From March 19, 2022 to April 5, 2022, he worked as the acting Minister of Industry and Construction Production of Turkmenistan. Between 2022 and 2023, he worked as the Minister of Industry and Construction Production of Turkmenistan. From February 10, 2023 until now, he has been working as the Deputy Premier of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan (on construction and industrial complex).
