No. On-site registration is not available.

You may transfer your participation to another representative. Please notify the organisers at least 15 working days before the event (especially important for international participants requiring a visa).

Yes. There is no limit on the number of delegates from one company or organisation.

The visa application deadline is 20 October 2026. Participants requiring a visa should submit all required documents by this date.

Yes. After your registration is confirmed, the organisers will issue an official Letter of Invitation (LOI) required for visa issuance.

1. Completed visa application form
2. Passport copy (minimum six months validity and two blank pages)
3. One colour photograph (3 × 4 cm)
4. Hotel booking confirmation (arranged by the organisers)

The Letter of Invitation (LOI) is issued by the State Migration Service within 10–14 working days.

Yes, to obtain a visa upon arrival, you will need to present the copy Letter of Invitation (LOI) along with your passport to the migration officer, who will then stamp the visa in your passport.

In the event that your visa application is denied, we will refund your delegate fee after deducting 10% tax from the total amount.

The visa is issued for 7 days. Delegates may enter the country starting two days before the event and leave up to two days after it ends. In practice, this means you will be able to stay approximately from November 1 to November 7.

Accommodation is available at the official conference hotels: Yyldyz Hotel, Diwan Hotel and Olympia Hotel. Bookings are arranged through the organisers.

Complimentary airport transfers and daily shuttle buses between the official hotels and the conference venue are provided.

Accommodation is not part of the registration fee. The organizing team can help you make bookings at the hotels.

A shuttle bus will be arranged by the organizers to transport delegates between the hotels and the venue.

Early check-in and late check-out are available upon request, with additional charges.

Olympia Hotel, Ashgabat

3–5 November 2026. A detailed daily agenda is available at www.ciet-turkmenistan.com.

Sessions will be in Turkmen, Russian, and English, with simultaneous interpretation provided.

2 November, 14:00–20:00 at Olympia Hotel, or on 3 November at the venue.

Free Wi-Fi will be available at the venue. International delegates will also receive a SIM card with mobile internet.

Coffee breaks, business lunches, official receptions and the Gala Dinner are included.

Indicate your preferred meeting counterparts during registration. The organisers will prepare an individual meeting schedule.

Consecutive interpretation (Russian–English–Turkmen) will be available for meetings.

Delegates can enter Turkmenistan via official land borders, provided they present a valid LOI (e.g., Farap/Shavat crossing from Uzbekistan).

No, domestic travel expenses are not included. Flights or taxi services within the country are not covered, but can be arranged at official rates upon request.
