Yes. After your registration is confirmed, the organisers will issue an official Letter of Invitation (LOI) required for visa issuance.
The Letter of Invitation (LOI) is issued by the State Migration Service within 10–14 working days.
Yes, to obtain a visa upon arrival, you will need to present the copy Letter of Invitation (LOI) along with your passport to the migration officer, who will then stamp the visa in your passport.
In the event that your visa application is denied, we will refund your delegate fee after deducting 10% tax from the total amount.
The visa is issued for 7 days. Delegates may enter the country starting two days before the event and leave up to two days after it ends. In practice, this means you will be able to stay approximately from November 1 to November 7.

Accommodation is available at the official conference hotels: Yyldyz Hotel, Diwan Hotel and Olympia Hotel. Bookings are arranged through the organisers.
