Two Charter Flights for CIET 2025 Delegates – November 2
To ensure comfortable travel arrangements, two charter flights will be organized on November 2 for all CIET 2025 delegates.
All participants will gather at the Olympia Hotel, from where group transfers to the airport will be arranged prior to each flight.
First Charter Flight – Departure at 11:00
Delegates taking the first charter flight are kindly requested to assemble in the lobby of the Olympia Hotel by 08:00, for transfer to the airport.
The flight departs at 11:00.
Second Charter Flight – Departure at 15:30
Delegates taking the second charter flight should gather in the Olympia Hotel lobby by 12:00 for transfer to the airport.
The flight departs at 15:30.
