CIET 2025 Concludes in Avaza: A Global Platform for Partnerships, Modernisation and Sustainable Growth
The International Conference and Exhibition “Development of the Construction, Industrial, Chemical and Energy Sectors of Turkmenistan” (CIET 2025) successfully concluded in the National Tourist Zone Avaza, reaffirming Turkmenistan’s growing role as a regional centre for industrial modernisation, sustainable construction, and innovation-driven development.
Held under the motto “Smart Construction. Clean Energy. Resilient Future.”, CIET 2025 welcomed more than 1,080 delegates from 55 countries, bringing together ministers and senior officials, global industry leaders, investors, technology providers, engineering firms, and international organisations.
A Forum of National Priorities and International Cooperation
CIET 2025 was structured in line with international best practices of major sector forums, combining a strategic conference agenda with an international exhibition and structured stakeholder engagement. In his closing remarks, Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan Baymyrat Annamammedov commended the dynamic exchange of views and reaffirmed the Government’s support for continued diversification and modernisation, highlighting the importance of innovation, responsibility, and partnership in Turkmenistan’s development strategy.

- the opening of the automobile bridge across the Garabogaz Köl Bay
- the groundbreaking of the Turkmenbashi–Garabogaz section of the highway extending toward the border with Kazakhstan
- the commissioning of a water-treatment facility in Esenguly district
- continued progress in industrial manufacturing capacity, including carbamide (urea) production development
