Kazakhstan hosted second Central Asia–Germany Summit

The second Central Asia–Germany Summit was held in Astana on Tuesday, 17 September 2024. The meeting was attended by: • President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev • Federal Chancellor of Germany Olaf Scholz • President of Kyrgyzstan Sadyr Japarov • President of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon • President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov • President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev The Heads of State shared their views on the priority areas of economic, political and diplomatic cooperation between Central Asia and Germany.
